Holidays for Gardeners

 

Combine a holiday in our gite, set in a lovely cottage-style garden with a visit to some of the excellent gardens of the South-West. The perfect location for a peaceful holiday amidst a large number of medieval and bastide towns, chateaus and pre-historic caves as well as gardens.

Les Jardins de Sardy, Les Jardins de Marqueyssac and Les Jardins de Cadiot are just some of the wonderful gardens in visiting distance.

The lovely bastide town of Villereal is only 2km away and Monpazier, Monflanquin and Issigeac - all wonderful medieval villages - are only 10 minutes away in the car.

 

Our first gite is a restored 19th century French Farmhouse and sleeps up to 8 people.

Our second gite sleeps 2 and is a restored cottage with a colombage (half-timbered) wall traditional in the region.

Le glycine cottage

Set in 16 acres of fields (mostly set to hay) with the area around the property gardened in a relaxed cottagey style.
